Open yard spaces are also available behind the gate for trailered boats, work vehicles and larger trailers. Rates shown are standard monthly rates. Discounts and promotions apply at the time of rental.

On the South Fork that is not a small difference. Coastal damp and a hard freeze-thaw cycle are what take the edge off paint, perish rubber seals and put moisture where wiring lives.
Each bay is a private room with its own roll-up door and remote entry, not a slot on a shared warehouse floor where someone else's forklift works the same aisle as your paint. Nobody moves your car and we never take keys. You arrive, your door opens, you drive out.

Your gate code and remote entry are programmed to you. Online account and autopay take about five minutes.

Put it away properly
Drive in, plug in the tender, cover it, and lock your own door behind you. That is the whole visit.

What we would tell anyone putting a car away for a season. None of it is required. All of it helps.
- Fill the tank
- A full tank leaves no room for condensation. Add stabiliser if it is sitting past three months.
- Wash and dry it
- Salt and road film left on paint for a winter is the one kind of damage a bay cannot undo.
- Bring a tender
- Plug into the 110V outlet rather than disconnecting the battery, and you keep the clock and the radio presets.
- Add a few PSI
- Slightly over-inflated tyres hold their shape better while the car sits still for months.
- Use a breathable cover
- Cloth, not plastic. Plastic traps moisture against the paint even in a climate-controlled room.

What is indoor car storage, and how is it different from covered parking?
Covered parking keeps rain off. Indoor car storage puts the car in a closed, climate-controlled room, which is what protects leather, rubber seals, electronics, fluids and paint through East End humidity and winter freeze and thaw. Every bay here is enclosed, not covered.
Is the bay really private?
Yes. Each bay is its own room with its own roll-up door and remote entry programmed to you. Nobody shares the space, nobody else moves your vehicle, and we never take keys.
Is there power for a battery tender?
Every enclosed bay has a 110V outlet, so a trickle charger or battery tender can stay connected the whole time the car is stored. It is the single best thing you can do for a car that sits.
Can I rent it like a private garage, by the month?
That is exactly what it is. A private garage bay on a month-to-month agreement, seasonal or year round, with no long lease and no build-out.
What size bay do I need?
A 10x20 holds one car comfortably with both doors usable. 15x20 fits two side by side. 20x20 gives you two plus a walkway, or one car and a workbench. For a coach, a sportfisher or five or six cars, the 24x40 is our largest.
Can I work on the car in the bay?
Light maintenance is welcome: detailing, covers, charging, checking fluids. Fuel work, painting, and anything involving open flame or draining fluids is not permitted indoors. Call the office with what you have planned and we will tell you straight.
When can I get to my car?
Seven days a week, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, on your own gate code and remote. No appointment and no waiting for anyone to bring it around.
Do you take boats, RVs, trailers and motorcycles?
Yes. The longer enclosed bays take trailered vessels, campers and full-size coaches, motorcycles store easily in any bay, and open yard spaces behind the gate handle work vehicles and larger trailers.
How much does car storage cost?
Rates depend on bay size and run month to month. Current pricing for every open size is listed above, and you can hold one online without a card while you decide.
Do I need insurance?
We recommend keeping the vehicle on your own policy or a collector policy while it is stored. Most carriers offer a reduced storage rate for a car that is not being driven. Call the office if you would like to talk it through.
